Bronze/SRC - Proficiency Swim

All members are now asked to register for this year’s course. Both courses begin with the proficiency swim on October 27th  (exact time TBC), followed by face-to-face training beginning at the start of November.

• BM proficiency swim 400m in 9 mins
• SRC proficiency swim 200m in 5 mins
