Beach
Running is an exciting area of competition to get involved in and is also one of the basic surf lifesaving skills. Beach training on Tuesday evenings for Nippers and Youth members, with Nippers, Youth and Seniors on Sunday mornings.
Training for Beach Sprints, 1k and 2k Beach runs, Beach Relay and Beach Flags are provided.
