Our Vision
Saving lives and supporting our community.
The ASLSC Strategic Plan (2020 – 2023) has involved a review of the previous Strategic Plan (2017 – 2020), a survey to members and a series of internal committee and key member workshops in late 2020. It has been further refined by the Board and includes alignment with strategic documents from key stakeholder such as Surf Life Saving Western Australia (SLSWA), our state’s peak coastal safety and rescue organisation and the City of Albany Community Plan (2017).
Six priority areas have been identified and will be delivered over the next three years including:
- Club Leadership
- Life Saving + Education
- Supporting Members + Active Participation
- Building A Safer Community Hub
- Community Support
- Connected Members
