Our People

Albany Surf Life Saving Club (ASLSC) is built on the contribution of its members. Every patrol, carnival, training session, and community event happens because people of all ages and backgrounds give their time, skills, and energy to the club.

For more than a century, our volunteers have provided a vital service to the Albany community: keeping Middleton Beach safe, teaching lifesaving skills, and developing the next generation of leaders.

As the club grows and our responsibilities expand, so too does the importance of working together. Our Board and leadership team collaborate with members across all areas of the club to ensure we remain sustainable, well-governed, and forward-looking.

At the heart of ASLSC are our volunteers, who contribute in countless ways: patrolling the beach, coaching and mentoring, competing in surf sports, officiating at carnivals, running events, or simply lending a hand where it’s needed. Together, their efforts keep our club strong and create a lasting impact in the wider community.
