Every summer season (December – March), between the iconic red and yellow flags on our beautiful Middleton Beach, you can find our surf lifesavers and lifeguards.
Between those flags, we draw a line in the sand: everyone who crosses it should enter and leave the water safely.
Albany SLSC also extend their patrol operations beyond the red and yellow flags and provide volunteer patrolling services from Midds to Surfers beach.
Our community safety is paramount. Each season, our volunteer services deliver first aid, emergency care (including rescues) and surf safety information to the public.
