Tuesday Training is back – be ready to go at 5pm with your vest and age group cap.
If you have Water Safety accreditation (NRC, BM), please be ready to get in the water.
Iron training is on Wednesday and board training on Friday from 5.45am.
Parents, please ensure you remain on the beach (or in the water) for training sessions.
