The 2024 Fuel to Go & Play WA Endurance Championships, sponsored by Healthway, and hosted by Fremantle SLSC were held over the weekend at Leighton Beach. Two of our Woodside Nippers travelled to the event and participated in the U12 1.5km beach run and the U12 Nipper Gold.
Henry came second in the beach run with a good time in the soft Leighton sand.
Kate came 6th in the Nipper Gold – an Endurance Iron event for Nippers that is made up of a 250m run, 300m swim, 250m run and 450m board paddle.
It was fabulous to see the ASLSC caps at this competition and Kate and Henry can recommend attending next year. Well done ASLSC participants!
