Dear valued participants,
I want to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has joined me for the Yoga with Joy early morning classes at the Albany Surf Life Saving Club. Your dedication to your practice and your enthusiasm for our community has been a source of inspiration for us all.
I regret to inform you that the classes will no longer be running at the club for the remainder of 2023 due to the club’s redevelopment. However, we are excited for the future of the venue and cannot wait for its fantastic reopening.
I want to assure you that I will still be available to guide you on your journey to wellness and inner peace. You can find me at the Albany Yoga Room, where I will continue to lead classes and provide personalised instruction.
