All participants of educational courses will be advised of their pre-course swim assessment requirements and be required to attend for this session to complete these.

All children aged 5 to 12 that wish to participate in Woodside Nippers must also complete a Preliminary Evaluation.

Preliminary Evaluations

The Preliminary Evaluations are in place to ensure that participants are fit and able to meet the requirements of the Woodside Nippers Program.

The evaluations consist of a swim/glide and survival float component which may be conducted at the beach or in a pool. For more information go the Woodside Nippers website:

Age groups will be allocated specific times here, so that there is sufficient time to complete assessments and provide information to parents and our nippers for the coming season.
