2026 Lavan Club of the Year Celebration

After an incredible season and a truly memorable night at the Surf Life Saving WA Awards of Excellence, we’re bringing the 2026 Lavan Club of the Year Trophy home to Albany — and we’d love you to help us celebrate!

This award belongs to every member, volunteer, parent, patrolling member, nipper family, coach, official, trainer, age group manager, committee member, sponsor and supporter who has contributed to our club throughout the season.

From the NYE Swim, Harbour Swim and Surf Craft Challenge, to our education programs, all abilities initiatives, surf sports, patrols and community events, this achievement reflects the collective effort of an amazing club community.

Come along, catch up with fellow clubbies, celebrate our achievements and take the opportunity to have a selfie with the Lavan Club of the Year Cup before it takes pride of place in our trophy cabinet.

We know some members are currently away enjoying a well-earned break. Don’t worry—we’ll make sure there are more opportunities to celebrate when everyone is back. But for those who can make it, we’d love to see you in your club gear on Sunday afternoon.

This is more than just a trophy. It’s recognition of the culture we’ve built, the lives we’ve impacted, and the community we’ve created together.
