A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our recent 2026 Annual Club Survey.
While we only received 15 responses from our 450+ members, the feedback provided some valuable insights and has been shared with the Board and Team Leaders as part of planning for the 2026/27 season.
Importantly, many of the themes raised were also identified through our recent Strategic Plan review workshops, giving us confidence that they are worth exploring further.
The overall message was positive, with respondents highlighting our strong community culture, dedicated volunteers, family focused environment, quality programs and pride in our Club and facilities.
A few areas identified for ongoing focus include:
- Communication and making information easier to find
- Member connection and inclusion
- Nippers and youth development pathways
- Volunteer recognition
- Promoting the many opportunities available across the Club
Member feedback is an important part of helping us continue to improve what we do. We know surveys don’t capture every voice, so we encourage members to continue sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback throughout the year with Team Leaders, Directors and the Board.
