Our club facilities are used by a wide range of members, volunteers, training groups and community users every week. Keeping everything safe, functional and welcoming is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate your assistance.
If you notice anything that requires maintenance or repair, no matter how minor it may seem, please let Simone know by email at office@albanysurfclub.com.au or complete the form here.
Examples include:
- Broken cupboard doors or hinges
- Loose brackets or fittings
- Leaking taps or toilets
- Damaged furniture or equipment
- Lighting issues
- General wear and tear around the facility
With so much activity taking place across the club, it can be difficult for one person to regularly inspect every area. Your observations help us identify and address issues before they become larger problems.

Food and Cleanliness
We also ask members to be mindful when eating in the downstairs areas of the club.
Please:
- Take all food scraps and packaging with you when you leave.
- Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins.
- Avoid leaving open bags of food in the Surf Sports storage area, boat shed or other club spaces.
Leaving food behind can attract rodents and pests, creating unnecessary maintenance and hygiene issues for the club.
