We have several teams with rosters full and now searching for extra hands as backup, and to help split up longer shifts, including:
- Kiosk (including Barista) – Sunday 6am – 1pm, including setup & packdown
- Merch Sales – for Friday Sunday 4:30-7pm and Saturday 2:30 – 7pm
- Timing, Recording & Finish Line Officials – from setup, timing and finish line support (e.g. at ski finish, we have options to help @Middleton Beach including:
- Saturday Board Race 2:30-4:30pmSunday Craft Race 8:30am – 10:30amSunday 2km Run 10:30am – 11:00am
- Sunday Results & Publishing 9:00-11:00am
- Beach Setup – Saturday 10am – 12noon, to setup bunting, sponsors banners & marquees
- Traffic Management – Saturday 2:00pm – 4:00pm, assist returning trailers to beach parking
- Bar & Venue Setup
- Friday 2pm – 4:30pm, ready for Sundowner bar open
- Saturday 10am – 2:30pm, ready for early Registrations open @2:30pm
- Sunday 12pm – 9:30pm, extra bar runners to assist stocking & rubbish removal
