As we head into the second half of our EXTRAORDINARY surf club season, it’s time to say THANK YOU 🤩 to everyone who has played a small, or massive, part in making this season such a success.

Across the season, our members have:
🌟 delivered club and community education and training courses,
🌟 completed lifesaving patrols,
🌟 responded to emergencies,
🌟 assessed course candidates and
🌟 rolled out the Woodside Nippers program complimented by the first ever All Abilities program and the largest ever Surf Babies/Kids program.
Our volunteers have actively supported water safety efforts, the Flags Up Kiosk, weekly Sunday morning programs, Youth, Seniors, Masters, fundraising and sponsorship, surf sports comps and training, gear and equipment maintenance, member services, youth development, club maintenance and repairs, merchandise, first aid, member protection, community events, the Beebe Bulk Bar, media and communications, registrations, housekeeping – boat shed and upstairs, catering, social events, set-up and pack-up, team leadership, service on the Board of Directors…
…and of course, this season we have successfully coordinated and delivered the:
✅ Completion of the building redevelopment,
✅ Moving back into the club house,
✅ Albany Harbour Swim,
✅ Albany Surf Craft Challenge,
✅ Rainbow Coast Carnival in Bremer Bay,
✅ Albany Bicentenary Swim AND
✅ the best ever 2026 Fuel to Go & Play WA Country Championships and Carnival.
