Points Day
This Sunday will be our second points day – it’s like a regular Sunday, except Nippers are allocated points for their events – which are collated at the end of the season. Expect events ranging from the long beach run through to irons, dependant on beach conditions. Over the season there will be an equal amount of beach and ocean events scheduled on the four points days.
We do need extra help on points days, both in the water and on the beach, from photographer to carrying the age group bucket, collecting boards to head counts and recording places.
Check in with Celia to see if there are any officiating roles that need filling, or if you have your NRC please gather out the front of the patrol room at 9am for a water safety briefing.
