The Surf Life Saving WA Youth Development Camps are on again this coming summer school holidays at the SLSWA Development Centre in Margaret River! These popular Rise Up and TOAD camps offer fantastic opportunities to build leadership, teamwork, and surf lifesaving skills – plus make great friends from clubs across WA.
Rise Up Camp
🗓 Monday 5 – Thursday 8 January 2026
👥 For U17 members (15–16 years old)
💰 $420 per person
TOAD Camp
🗓 Monday 12 – Thursday 15 January 2026
👥 For U14–U15 members (13–14 years old)
💰 $420 per person
👉 Great news! Albany SLSC will subsidise 50% of the camp cost for successful participants, and travel subsidies are also available through SLSWA.
If you’re a youth member keen to attend, please send a short Expression of Interest (200 words max) outlining what you hope to gain from the camp and why ASLSC should nominate you.
