Club Access and Security
Just a friendly reminder
To maintain the safety and integrity of the Albany Surf Life Saving Club, it is essential that all members take responsibility for securing the premises. This includes ensuring that all doors are closed/locked after use, equipment is returned to its designated storage areas in good condition, and the clubhouse is left tidy and secure.
Please also ensure that showers are fully turned off and not left running, as has been the case a few times now.
Additionally, access to the building and participation in club activities must be strictly limited to current financial members. Those whose memberships have lapsed should not be permitted to enter the facility or engage in any club-related events until their membership is renewed as if anything was to happen the club and the person are not covered by insurance. These measures help protect club assets, uphold member accountability, and foster a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved.
