Albany Surf Life Saving Club is built on the dedication of our volunteers. Without the time, effort, and commitment of our members, we simply couldn’t deliver the programs and events that make our club so special.
We need all members to consider how you can contribute to your club! There are plenty of ways to get involved—even if getting in the water isn’t for you. Just a few hours of your time each week can make a huge difference in supporting club operations and events.
Current Volunteer Opportunities
We’re currently looking for support in the following areas:
- Club Move-In Support – Help us as we transition back into our club rooms (Sun 23 March). EOI here
- Albany Harbour Swim – Support the Events Team deliver this popular community event. EOI here
- Nippers Awards Event – Assist with coordinating this fun and important celebration for our young members. EOI here
- Annual Awards Night – Help us deliver a memorable evening recognising achievements across the club. EOI here
- Surf Craft Challenge – Support the Events Team in planning and running this iconic event. EOI here
- 2026 Country Championships, Country Carnival & Masters Boats – Assist in the early planning stages for these major competitions. EOI here
