Woodside Nippers updates

by | Tue, 11 Feb 2025 | General, Nippers, Patrol, Surf Sports, Youth

February 11 – Conditions on Sunday morning offered our Woodside Nippers a great lesson in ocean conditions. Our smaller Nippers walked up onto the boardwalk to get a better view of all the challenges Middleton had to offer – a strong current at Ellen Cove heading out between the pontoon and jetty, big rips up towards Surfers, and some large dumping sets rolling in! Some of the older groups took the opportunity for a swim, with plenty of water safety, to experience the conditions firsthand.

This coming Sunday is our last points day of the season. We will run Beach Flags, Sprint, Surf race and Board race. Come on down and give your personal best!
