Sunday #3_17 November
Our first south-east puff of wind had us rugged up right until disrobe time for water activities this week! Another great turnout for the youth group and just enough seniors to keep them honest 😉 Great job to all participants in the board race, surf race (swim), beach flags and club swim. Also great to see so many back up with support roles at Nippers – as you can see we only just scraped by in the officials and water safety arenas, so please consider volunteering for a role in Nippers EVERY WEEK.
Thanks to the IRB & RWC crews for your support and course setup – nice to see some familiar faces out there! Thankyou Rob Mason, Hayden Chandler, Sophie Lynch and Dani Lynch. Our illustrious Water Safety Coordinator Dani had a real spring in her step all morning, with daughter and lifeguard/Surfcom legend Soph making a welcome guest appearance from Perth for the week.
