We are pleased to announce that Simone is staying on with ASLSC in the role of Club Administrator.
Simone will be working as follows from 1 October 2024:
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9am – 3pm (available by phone or email)
Member contact hours:
- Tuesdays 9am – 11am Hazbeans Albany Marina
- Thursdays 3.30pm – 6pm Albany Public Library
Member contact hours will be for:
- Collection of and/or signing of Working With Children Forms
- Collection of Online Merchandise orders
- Issues, queries or assistance with registration
- Anything else
This will be the situation until the clubrooms are ready to be used again. Simone will continue to provide administrative support to our volunteer Board and Team Leaders, particularly in the areas of finance, member services, writing up new procedures for our clubrooms and event management. In addition to this position, Simone has also taken on the volunteer role of Events Team Leader, contributing further to the club’s activities and initiatives.
