There were lots of skills, drills and smiles on the beach and in the water this weekend. Handicap starts, particularly in the flag arena generated some big laughs and challenges for all.
The U9’s also had some fun in the water practicing their tube rescue skills.
Try asking your Woodside Nipper what the F.L.A.G.S safety tip means!
F – find the flags and swim between them
L – look at the safety signs
A – ask a surf lifesaver for advice
G – get a friend to swim with you (children should always be with an adult
S – stick your hand up for help
This weekend is our Club Championships Day – come down ready to participate and give your personal best! We will need some results recorders and runners, if you are able to help out for your Woodside Nippers age group please email firstname.lastname@example.org
