| Denmark Ocean Beach Activities : Saturday 20th Jan Our regular weekend Youth & Senior activities will take place at Ocean Beach Denmark this Saturday 20th – replacing all activities at Middleton Beach on Sunday 21st. This is in support of the Great Southern Regional Championships being held for Nippers from Esperance Goldfields, Denmark and Albany ASLSC’s. The day’s program is as follows: 06:00 Setup @Ocean Beach 08:45 Nippers Briefing 09:00 Nippers Events Commence 11:30 Youth Seniors Water Events 15:00 Social Windup @DSLSC Clubhouse Download map and program Denmark SLSC organisers are promising a fun, team oriented mix of activities, so come prepared for a great hitout and challenge – the conditions at OB are always lively! Note the Denmark SLSC canteen will be open all day and at 3pm the clubhouse will be open to all participating members and spectators for the social windup – what a great way to celebrate the day and catchup with our South Coast neighbours! Please make contact if you would be willing to assist with setup or officiating for the Nipper activities – there are a number of state qualifier events being run on the day. If you can help out with any of the following we would appreciate it: water safety for boards, tubes, officials and coordinators for the event. Ben Napier Beach Challenge: Sunday 21st Jan – consider staying overnight in Denmark, or come back on Sunday 21st please join Denmark SLSC at their annual Beach Championship Event – the Ben Napier Beach Challenge – which includes a 2km beach run, sprints & flags.
