| Sunday – described in three words – choppy, chilly and challenging. Our Woodside Nippers all did exceptionally well in tough conditions – well done to all the kids, families and coaches. The sausage sizzle afterwards was extremely welcomed. This coming Sunday will be a points weekend. We will run through the traditional surf lifesaving events – flags, beach sprints, surf race (swim) and the board race – and record points that will contribute to the overall points champions awarded at the end of the season. The most important thing on a points weekend is to cheer on your team mates and have fun. Make sure you are ready to go this Sunday – meet at your age group flag at 9am with vest, age group cap and sunscreen. You can pop goggles, towels and wetsuits in your age group tub too! |
