Woodside Nippers have hit the beach again for the first Tuesday Training of the 22/23 season. Conditions best suited to penguins – feels like 10 degrees and a light drizzle – did not stop the amazing Woodside Nippers, Coaches, Youth Members and Families with a great turnout!
Tuesday Training has been modified this year to include beach and swim activities. Each age group will rotate through beach, board and swim skills and drills over the season. Colin and Amy have joined forces on the beach – guiding the age groups through flags and sprint tips and tricks. Celia is taking charge of swim starts, skills and drills and Nick is out on the water passing on useful board paddling knowledge.
It’s great to see ASLSC members supplementing the experience of the fabulous Woodside Nippers Age Group Managers, Training Managers, Youth Members and parents.
