Proficiency swim reminder:
If you are intending to complete either your SRC or Bronze this season, the required Proficiency Swim is being conducted at ALAC on Sunday October 31st at 10am.
Come to the side entrance near the hockey parking and look out for Jeff Medcalf… minus the life jacket 🙂
Theory sessions are then due to commence the following Monday (1st November) at the Club between 5-8pm.
