Get down to Middleton Beach this Sunday morning for your first taste of club Sundays! This is where your Surf Rescue Certificate and Bronze training skills will be put to the test – explore the unique mix of lifesaving and surf sports development and put your surf and beach fitness to the test.
Sessions this season start at 7:30am sharp. Please arrive between 7:00-7:15am to setup your gear on the beach, warm up, or lend a hand to help set up the beach arenas. We conduct a quick session briefing at 7:20am.
Our session will finish with the Club Swim @8:20am. Then get dry, get warm, and get ready to join the start of the Nippers program @9am – there’s so many ways to help out … try your hand at officiating, arena assistants, age manager assistants, water safety both shallow and deep and more.
Bring:
- Goggles – expect to swim every week!
- Boards – club or private
- High vis vest
- Competition Caps for Youth
- Towels/Warm Clothes/Hoodies – take down to beach
- Sun protection
- Water bottles
