| Swimming training will commence at ALAC this Friday the 17th of November between 7am and 8am. Helen will be back to train our fabulous Woodside Nippers. You must pay your own pool entry fees, and then meet Helen at lane 3 and 4. Swimmers should be Stage 5 or above to participate.
