Navigator Photografix is an Albany based digital land and aerial based photography and videography business. Geoff Dickson is the man behind the lens and takes great pride in positively representing Albany and the Great Southern across most aspects of digital photography.
Geoff was born and raised in Albany and has a close affinity with the surf club, having been a member in the mid to late 80’s. His fixation with landscape and aerial photography was born out of life on the beach, fishing, surfing and doing what most Albany kids did back then! Recently he has spent time chasing whales, shipwrecks and mountain ranges as he wanders around the Great Southern looking for his next photographic muse.
Navigator Photografix is fully CASA licenced and endorsed with a Remote Operator Certificate which enables the business to operate drones in a commercial setting beyond recreational drone use, including flying at night. With $20m public liability, Navigator Photografix has a history of working with local government, small businesses, and private customers, primarily delivering social media content tailored to client expectations.
Since returning to Albany, Geoff has often traveled down to Middleton Beach to photograph club members in action, particularly when the weather is at its best and aerial photography is possible.
