Three of our hard training surf boat crews took to the waters at Scarborough Beach last weekend to compete for Albany SLSC in a number carnival championships.
Congratulations to the Fat Gannets, Albany Wedgetails and Albany Boys for a number of podium results in the Masters and Country Champs events, and some other notable runs including a State Reserves finals near miss. The competition was extremely hot as usual, and it was great to see some our next generation of rowing stars come through and mix it up with our seasoned crews on the big stage.
