A large turnout of 36 swimmers entered Ellen Cove Sunday for the 2021 Smith-Thornton swim.
First male across the line this year, with a great swim, was Jake Shepherd. Christine Murray took first position in the ladies’ competition, with another fast time. A great effort by everyone who swam in typical Albany summer conditions…windy and choppy.
